iEM3000 firmware upgrade

Hello Everybody!

Is it possible to upgrade the iEM3000 series firmware (for example iEM3255)? If yes than where can I find the latest firmware?

Hello Laszlo Kozma,

The iEM3000 series meters don't support field firmware upgrade for the moment. The firmware upgrading process need special "upgrade kit", which need to get from factory or technical support team.

For the moment, if the customer request firmware upgrade, please provide the information in details (who is the customer? how many meters do they have? What is the firmware version status now? why do the customer want to upgrade firmware?...), and send this request to product manager through marketing channel.

Hi guys, is there any way to do the firmware upgrade now? My customer see different version of firmware for IEM3255 and ask us if they could upgrade manually

Hi @Stuart_Cheng ,

In theory, yes this is possible if your PM3200 has FW v1.5.001 or higher.

You will need to use DLF3000 software: https://www.se.com/ww/en/download/document/DLF3000/

Problem: We do not share any FW file on se.com... We only provide language packs.

Please check with your tech support if you need to upgrade your PM3200.
