This is not allowed to connect 3PH PowerTag on 3x 1PH MCB. You must follow the install sheet depending on the PowerTag sensor you are installing.
Concerning the mounting of a PowerTag sensor 3P+N on 3x 1P Breaker with Neutral accessible on the panel :
If PowerTag is connected downstream the breaker
You will loss the Voltage Loss alarm feature
