Just to clarify - Neither the PM8000 nor the ION7400 are rated to be powered at 200VAC 400Hz (120VAC is max for safety ratings at 400Hz).

However, both models can measure 200VAC at 400Hz. Most power quality parameters will not function above 70Hz (harmonics, flicker, etc). I believe all the ION meters also have these restrictions & limitations.

Gregory Lado  - I'm curious what is the application?

Thanks

Dan

Hi Jorge, and Gregory,

My apologies for not seeing this earlier. Digging a bit into this, it appears that I can confidently say the PM8000 and the ION7400 support the range specified.  However, the accuracy spec is not defined for this the 400Hz frequency, unfortunately. The accuracy spec is only defined for 42 Hz to 69 Hz range.

Best Regards,

Sanjeet

From the users manual, PM800, CM2000, CM3000, CM4000 can monitor  400Hz power system, which could be seen in military application
