There could be many reasons why you are seeing negative power. The most common reason is CTs are installed backwards, the next most common reason is the CTs and voltage connections are not on the same phase. Example: A phase voltage however B phase CT.
Suggest looking at the phase angles between voltage and current to determine if you have a wiring issue.
