Vijeo designer error 1820 / ethernet IP ?

Hello,

I have a problem with transfer vijeo designer 6.2:

• API M340 P342020
• ethernet NOC 0401
• screen HMIG3U + HMIDT651
• Robot fanuc Ethernet/IP
• API Sick safety Ethernet/IP

Screen, API Sick and Robot Fanuc are connect  on the NOC.

My screen works fine, but after a while I can no longer transfer to it. I have to cut off his power supply. Then I can transfer. I have error 1820. I've never had this problem before on any other installation. The difference is the presence of Ethernet IP instead of the usual Modbus.

Help me please !
