Modbus communication between ATV312 and siemens s71200

Hello every buddy i am having a problem regarding the communication using modbus with ATV312 drive and s7-1200 PLC. I am able to communicate but in 3 wire mode and i dont want that. I am trying to use 2 wire configuration but i am not able to do that.

In CMD register 8501 i write in decimal as "6" to enable the drive then i send "15" to run in forward and to stop i send "4111" but it works in 3-wire mode.can any buddy help to run in 2 wire mode how to do that and what are the address.
