Use of outlets on LR1200 Voltage Regulator

I've several Voltage Regulators in our office to protect computers and sensitive equipment.  We are exclusively using APC LR1200 "Line-R" devices for this task.  The instructions/documentation shows the output connections as a set of 3 together in one group and an individual outlet titled "Transformer Block AC Outlet".

There is no definition or other description to indicate how this separate outlet is to be used or why it is labeled as described above.

So, what is the purpose of the individual outlet and how does it differ from the other 3 outlets?
