Security ION 7400 Password

I need to log in with a power user but the password was lost. Can I restore security?

Hello @ale.Moreno , if you used ION Setup to configure the user security and the saved the configuration to file (.scf I believe). You may be able to retrieve the information. Please contact your local technical support for more information.

If you did not use ION Setup or did not save the configuration, there is no way to reset the password, there is no factory or back door access. In the User guide there is a section recommending writing down the password and saving in a secure location.
