Question about IEC61850 with ION7650 (Firmware V360e)

Hi all.

Question about IEC61850 with ION7650 (Firmware V360e, S/N : PJ-0912A650-02)

1. After setting IEC61850,

2. Testing result

We expect three data items - value, quality and time as shown in right side.
- test result with SIEMENSE protection relay
But we only have one data item - value as show in the left side.
- test result with ION7650

3. Do we need upgrade firmware version?

4. Or Any other solution to get all three data items?

Hello @hmyang_s2k_co_k ,

IEC61850 with and ION meter is a complicated question. For example are you using poll response or subscription to get data. Each type would have different areas to investigate. How is the CID file configured? What is the IEC61850 client requesting etc.

Strongly suggest you contact technical support to provide this information including your Wireshark capture, CID file screenshots etc. to troubleshoot.
