The interruption alarms come from the Disturbance Analyzer module. Depending on values linked to this module as well as the setup registers, a Meter may detect an alarm condition. Would need to know more details to give any suggestions on this point.
Another possibility is that the meter had an alarm start event however the "end" event was not saved so PME thinks the alarm is still active when on the meter there is currently no alarm. There are ways to deactivate the alarm and I believe the PME system guide has instructions on who this can be done.
