PMxxxx Offline configuration

Hello,

Is it possible to backup/restore a PM5000 device using the ION Setup software? 

Additionally - is it possible to configure a device offline? The ION Setup Help keeps referring to a .exe file I cannot seem to find.

From ION Setup Help : 

Note

Make sure you have the desired .exe file stored in the Offline folder in your ION Setup directory.

I'm having trouble finding documentation for it, and I don't have a meter to reference right now, but there is a Templates page available when you connect to the meter in ION Setup that will allow you to export a .mcf template file that can be restored later.

There is no offline device available for the PM5000.

Hello @c_e ,

For PM5000 series of meters there is no offline configuration. For ION based meters, PowerLogic Engineering Tool Suite (PLES), does have some offline configuration options.
