Hi. We recently replaced some Dirius A30 meters with PM8240 meters. We have used the same IP address as the meter that was replaced. We are able to intermittently ping the meter, one ping will be received every 100 or so pings.
We also have PM8240 meters already in service. Comparing the configuration, there is no difference except the IP addresses.
The firmware of the new meter is v4.5.0. The old meters are v3.1.0.
Is there any known issues with network connections with v4.5.0? Otherwise any other reason for this issue?
We can connect the meter directly to the laptop.

Hello @zmortimer ,
There are no known network issues I know about for V4.5.0 and networks. Do you get the same ping response rates when connected directly to the meter?
Regards,
Charles
