PM820 reset to factory default?

Is there any chance for the power meter is reverted to factory default setting without any user intervention, ie ct ratio setting, password, kWh?

We experience one of the meter on site was reverted to factory default setting. We cross checked with the data logged inside EGX300 and true enough the accumulated kWH value was reverted to 0 at certain point of time.

Can this scenario happen without any user intervention to the meter?

Thank you.

PM820 reset to factory default?

Hi kelvin,

Yes it is possible.

I have seen it happening time and again with the pm820s.

Does anybody know why this is happening? Voltage surge?
