Hi,
I have 2 PM810 which are not permanently powered and they sometimes lose their configuration (communication parameters, language etc..) at restart.
Do you have history of such a phenomenon or any clue why it could happen?
Are the settings stored in flash memory or through battery system? if so, is there a way to check battery status/capacity?
Best regards,

Hi Adrian,
nothing so far. As they do not have the latest FW revision (they have n-1 version), I am considering suggesting them to upgrade and see...
Any other idea on your side?
Regards

The PM810 has no internal battery. It will definitely lose the clock, but I never experienced it losing the program.

We have encountered configuration loss after restart in commissioning stage of several projects in Taiwan as well.
Please also inform me if there's a fix.
Thanks

Dear Chen,
the case was closed because I could not provide sufficient information on what was happening.
You should contact Power Technical Support and open a case also, that may help deeper investigations if we are several users facing this issue,
