PM8000 Firmware upgrade path

Hi Experts,

We have 40+ PM8000 meters with old firmware versions: 1.2.14, 1.3.1 and 1.4.3.

We need to upgrade them to firmware V4.0.0. What's the upgrade path to V4.0.0?

Hi @akassabji1 

Here is the upgrade path for the meters with old firmware versions:
V1.xx(old firmware before V1.4.3) -> V1.4.3 -> V2.1 -> V4.0.0 or V4.5.0 which is the latest.

Unfortunately, there is no repository to download this firmware and since we cannot legally post online the old firmware 1.4.3, kindly contact local technical support to get a copy of the firmware.
