Recommend contacting technical support with details on what is happening, how many meters, does the meter recover after the reboot etc. If you can provide a video that would be helpful. This way the hardware team would be able to try reproduce the exact conditions in house.

Hi All
I'm sorry, I'm late.
We sent one problem Meter to the after service A / S after replacement.
My guess is that it is due to overload because I installed the initial meter and continue to detect Sag / Swell when there is no source.
In fact, many meters have seen the same symptoms in addition to the A / S sender.
Thanks for the quick action by Schneider.
Regards
