Hello Experts,
A customer reported a communication problem with a PM5650 after an interruption.
The meter is displaying 255.255.255.255 values.
I can enter the configuration and try to make the changes but as soon as I clic ok (individually) after modifying, the 255.255.255.255 value still present.
I notice with the QR code and meter insights platform that the value changed before is reflected in the IP value (via meter insights).
I try to make a point to point conection using the IP but the device is not reachable. Any thoughts about this behavior?

Hello @joel_mora_soati ,
Strongly recommend you contact technical support to start a case. (se.com -> support -> contact support). Be sure to include as much detail as possible including when this started, if you remember what the IP address was before. troubleshooting steps taken, firmware versions etc.
Regards,
Charles
