I went out to the meter and performed a user account reset and I also cycled the power. I was then able to login with the default password (MAC address).

Hello @Ramasamy_N ,
Any thoughts about PM5563 meter upgraded from webpage going from 4.1.8 to 4.2.1 no longer accepting the Administrator password?
Regards,
Charles

Hello @BlueHen @Charles_Murison
The administrator password will not get reset during the firmware upgrade. This seems to be strange behavior, Can you confirm, was there any other user account configured except Administrator?.
I will check with firmware team.
However we can reset the user accounts in meter front display and login to the meter to set new administrator password.

Ramasamy N
