In the past two weeks I have been contacted by two separate customers on two completely different sites, each regarding a PM5110 power meter where the display has "locked-up". In both instances the power meter has also stopped communicating with the ION/PME software.
One power meter was power-cycled by the customer and it started working again but the other power meter display is still "locked-up".
Any ideas?

Hi,
The issue description is clear now,
It seems to be a strange behavior, can you please raise TEX case with help of country technical support and send the device to factory for analysis?

Hello,
PM5111 reference will have the revenue lock option as per the MID requirement,
However this is not applicable for PM5110, Can you please confirm the reference number and firmware version?

Hi
You have misunterstood the issue.
When I say that the display is "locking-up", what I mean is that all of the values on the home page are static (Voltage, Current, Power and Energy) and pressing any key does not allow you to change the parameter or page. Even comms is lost to the meter.
One meter has been power-cycled by my customer and it has started working again but data has been lost for the period that the meter was "locked-up".
The other meter is being removed from the switchboard and returned to Schneider UK for investigation but I doubt anything will show up as the meter will probably work again after being power-cycled!
Thank you.

Hi
I have requested that the customer remove the power meter and return it to me. I will then organise for it to be returned to Schneider UK for analysis (but I very much doubt this will happen).
Thanks for your assistance
