Hi @JayangaDivya The nU error occurred due to the some error EEPROM function. You can suggest to raise the TEX case and send this meter back to factory for the analysis if this error is still appeared even after the power cycle.

The image appears to be a generic message. Likely will need to contact your local technical support team to determine if additional diagnostics can be performed or what other options could be.
