PM1200 communication seperates individual or block communication method

Unfortunately, there is not enough explanation in my case.

both of the block and individual provide RMS value?

why is it seperates two kind of type?

what is best choose the parameter scada system?

why is it separates two kind of type? – Block read is general read and Individual read is requirement form SCADA system to minimise the number of poll.

what is best choose the parameter scada system? -  For basic parameters individual read will be the best suitable for SCADA system.
