PCSn current sensor inoperable

Hi, Reaching out regarding an error message and filter malfunction for a PCSn060Y4CH00.

I have upgraded firmware to  AccuSine PCSn Active Harmonic Filter Firmware Upgrade v002.002.004 (CB.v2.3.0). See attached error message.

What could be the issue on the filter??

/Daniel

Hello Daniel,

Hope you are doing good.

It is good that you have upgraded the PCSn with latest firmware.

In addition i recommend you to login to CERT mode and got to Unit setting---> Advance setting-->Sensor startup Check- Turn it to Off.

Then i recommend to do Integrity test.

Integrity Test, provides a means to verify the unit or system is operational.

I have attache the PCSn User manual, refer Page 34 and 44 for more details.

Even after this if you are still facing the same issue, i re-commend to raise  a BFO Case, here below is the link, where you can find your region(country) and select the respective CCC and log a BFO Case.
