PCSP: IP Address changed every time powering off/on unit
Hello team,
We got an issue with PCSP that the IP Address of PCSPs changed every time powering off/on the unit. The unit showed "Battery level is low" as below:
I couldn't find anything related to this issue from Trouble shooting file. Please look into it and give me some notes.
Thanks in advance for your support.
BR,
Nguyen

At looking at the date on the HMI. It looks that you have to upgrade the firmware

No sure about what is the current HMI firmware installed, however the last released one( which works with DSP Version 001.006.***) primary purpose is to correct the issue of unit losing the static IP address after a power cycle which is associated with the SRAM (CRC Error) message.
