Hi,
our customer recently experienced a fire in a 3rd party capacitor bank. He also has existing VarSet caps bank and is strongly interested in implementing thermal monitoring there. We have VarSet Smart solution with 2xCL110 and Com'X, but the customer will not agree to replace perfectly good caps bank for completly new just to have those sensors. We would like to have our field service to install them inside existing VarSet. Is it possible to know what are the locations of CL110 sensors in our VarSet Smart devices? We would like to this the same way.
Thanks in advance

Hi
Since you mentioned it as a 3rd party capacitor bank, is the Varset panel was designed by Schneider electric, else, it was designed by Panel builder, If it is Schneider panel, please share the commercial references of the panel.
Else if the panel was designed by the 3rd party ie any panel builder, then we need the completely details of the engineering drawing along with the electrical circuit diagram of the panel, I hope this should be a very basic information for us to proceed further .
