Hello Team
Good Day
“Wish you All a Very Happy New Year”
We really apologize for the inconvenience.
Issue: As you mentioned, Yes, we have issue with Dates on AccuSine HMI display as year 2000 instead of 2020.
Description: But it affects only the HMI home screen date and time displayed and it will log any events as year 2000 when it occurred in 2020, apart from that this issue does not impact performance or operation of the product.
Impact Product Range: All AccuSine PCS+, PFV+ and PCSn in the field. It means all the units that produced before December 31st 2019. Units shipped from Jan 1st, 2020 have the latest FW and are not affected.
No safety, operation or Performance Thread.
Resolution: The fix for this is updating the control board and HMI firmware. Today this can only be accomplished with the Service Terminal program which is not intended to be released to customers. To avoid having to deploy AccuSine+ trained FSR for this, we are working on a simplified way to deploy the firmware update so a customer can accomplish this task. Any customers that receive the update to the latest firmware will also have to be told to download the new User Manual (already on se.com).
Next step: Until the fix is released, please ask the respective country team to log the complaint in BFO for traceability. A Field Service Bulletin will be issued along with the fix by end-January 2020.
