Old Power Measurement model 3300 ACM meter issues

I believe we bought out Power Measurement in the early 2000's. I've got one on site that used to be connected to iNet, but the client wanted it moved to the Modbus network on the AS-P. However, everything we've tried to get it online has failed. We can't even get it to talk to ModScan.

To be honest I suspect the meter is stuffed, as I cannot change the address, baud rate, etc. via the setup menu. But before I condemn it, does anyone have the technical manuals for one of these? In particular I'd like the diagnostic code meanings as the ACM has both a checksum fail and a status flag code.

Hello @Matthew_Russell ,

The ACM meters are very, very old. Long long past any support phase. Some documents can be found online with google searches however none of those documents will have details on this error code. Meter will need to be replaced.
