Yes, this should be possible. If you look at the section for the particular meter model in the Device Configuration section of the user manual, you can see the path to the setup screen and the values available listed under Pulse Constant.
For example, the iEM3100 info is listed under "Configuration menu for iEM3100 / iEM3110 / iEM3115 / iEM3300 / iEM3310", and the pulse constants available are 100, 200, 1000, 1, 10, 20.
