Is it possible to display historical data on the ION9000's display like ION7650? As Customer upgraded the meter from 7650 to 9000, but found they cannot view these trend on new meter. Is there any alternative way to display trend on the display such as Meter Insights web service like PM3000/PM5000? we have PME installed on site and data can be viewed on PME but customer still want to view it on the meter.

Hi @Sehkmatthew
Using the ION9000's display, you can view real-time and historical Event data, receive and acknowledge alarms, but it does not display graphs for historical data directly on its display like the ION7650.
You can view trends using the meter's web pages or other software solutions such as PME and ION Setup for data visualization and analysis.

Hi @Mehran_Mehrnia , thanks for the confirmation.
Is there any reason why we taking out this feature of displaying historical data on the meter’s display? Will us consider to have this feature maybe in firmware update in future? Supposing ION9000 is a replacing version of ION7650 as it was discontinued, but it has lesser function than 7650.
As there are 20 others ION7650 on site customer is planning to upgrade it to ION9000. They will consider to use other brand instead of Schneider's meter.

Hello @Sehkmatthew ,
I recommend you talk with your local sales channels to create a feature request. The sales channel will need to give a business justification to the global offer manager who gets requests from around the globe and needs to prioritize the different requests.

Charles
