ION8650 certification for IEC62053-22(Class 0,2) and IEC62053-23 (Class 2.0)

One our client is requesting from us the certification for IEC62053-22(Class 0,2) and IEC62053-23 (Class 2.0).

Is there someone has these documents?

Where can I find it?
