A customer is facing a problem with some old ION8400 meters.
There is a server acquiring values from ION8400 by ethernet and some meters just stop responding suddenly. They only start communicating again after a "power off/power on" reset.
The customer has done a test sending ping commands from the meter to the server (by telnet) and to two other hosts, while the meter was in the error state. The results are in the image below. The error happens only for the server that was reading the meter (IP 10.184.19.234).
Does anybody know what does the 0x0510 error mean exactly?
Thanks.

Hi Marcos,
It is not possible to modify the routing table.
The table gets auto-populated upon a device reset (resetting the TCP stack).
They may find some value using the NETSTAT command.

Error 0x510 from the ping command is "no route to host". So the host is unreachable.

Thank you, Michael.
We have had another information from the customer and they match. The new info is below.
The second line of the routing table (right screen in the picture) was not inserted by the customer. It appears automatically in the meter. So it has to do with the route.
The question is, do you happen to know if it is possible to configure the routing table of the meter anyway?
