Hello Everyone
How are you?
I have a problem when I generate a report by ION Setup, let me tell you.
First, I have an ION7400 meter synchronized by IRIG-B. The strange thing is this meter take the Universal hour like Local hour.
Peru Local hour = GMT -05:00
Figure above you can see the Local hour = Universal hour.
If I don’t configure the timezone in ION7400 the hour is right in frontal display.
But it doesn’t work when I generate a report by ION setup, it shows the local hour -05:00 h per data.
So what could I do to fix this problem with report?
And, I don’t see if this affect in PME reporter when the data is stored in database.
Please help me with this issue.
Best regards
Farid Yauri

Your issue is that you need to configure the Clock Settings to properly use IRIG-B as the Time Sync Source and possibly set the Time Sync Type to match whatever the IRIG-B is sending out (might be LOCALTIME and not UTC).

Hello Robert,
Yes, that was the solution, the source (GPS) is sending sync in LOCALTIME, I changedTime Sync Type to this option and now the meter have the correct time.
Thank you very much.
