Guys. Where can I find the URL for the latest ION Device reference template as well as firmware version downloads??

This is basic info for us Channels (integrators) we need readily access to it..

It looks like this is the latest one: ION Device Templates Reference (700 | Download Schneider Electric

However, it also looks like the link will change if it is updated, so it may be worthwhile going to the Download Centre (Download Schneider Electric) and searching for "ION Device Template Reference" when you start to use it to see if there is a newer version.
