ION meters that are designed to be transformer coupled to an AC power system are designed to remove/filter DC from all measured parameters.
The one exception is voltage waveform captures. The Waveform capture module's waveform logs will register the DC voltage present between a line and neutral (software is required to retrieve and display logged waveforms).

Hello @JSmith,
I have noticed that your topic is still unanswered.
@sesa205386_brid do you think you can advise on this topic?
Have a nice day.

Thanks! What software is required to see the DC Voltage?

The software would be either Power Monitoring expert or ION Setup to see the waveforms off the meter. There still is no real-time value of the DC voltage. The wavforms would have to be triggered from events (eg sag/swells) or from a manual trigger.
