ION 7650 Scan time

Hello! Our customer must implement a load shedding system based on the network frequency.
I was wondering if I could do that using ION7650 and some VIP application inside it. The critical point is the time. The rules require 350ms between the event (the electrical event) and the CB trip (CB must be open).
I am not sure the analog capture (frequency) + scan time of processing can take less than 350ms.

Does anybody have this kind of information (capture time and VIP scan time)?
