Solved: How to reset password on an iEM3255

Hello everyone,

I have a customer that has an iEM3255 meter and someone changed the default password (0010).

Can someone help me know how can he reset the password?

You need to send the mail to global-ems-tech-support@Schneider-electric.com with serial no of meter..They will able to provide you the password..
