HDPM6000R CT Issue

Hi! I'm having issues with the factory issued CT's in the Panel Retrofit Unit.  They're pulling in fine to the Head Unit but the Retrofit Panel solution is not recognizing them at all even though all instructions were followed for install.  Can't seem to find any troubleshooting or set up instructions for these online.  Thanks!

Did you try contacting technical support (se.com -> support ->contact support)? Were you able to figure out what was going on?
