I had a customer use this tool and he indicated that it erased all the existing logs. Is this normal behavior when applying this tool? When they loaded the config file as described they seem to be only pulling in live data when making the change from that point on
When they revert back to before uploading config file then the historical data is there

Can those sample configuration files be applied to HDPM6000 of different firmwares? For example can I use the HDPM-v0.62.7-Sample-Configuration-Files-v1.zip for a HDPM with v62.11 system firmware?

Hello @daniel_pena7561 ,
Yes a v62.7 configuration file can be applied to a v62.11 firmware device. Note that the statement is not generic and cannot be applied to all possible versions of configuration files and firmware versions. v62.7 configuration file does not have the PT ratio setting. If applying the configuration onto multiple files, I recommend saving the configuration from the first meter to apply to additional meters.
Regards,
Charles
