Hello Exchange community,
We’re looking at different ways of providing help instructions. One way is through videos and animations that would be available on the Schneider Electric YouTube channel.
Below are some draft videos for the QR code / Meter Insights feature on the PM5000 meters. We'd really appreciate feedback on these videos, both from people familiar with the feature and those who are not.
Some examples of things we’re looking for feedback on:
Of course, any additional feedback is also welcome.
Also, in general, are you interested in more help information in this format? If so, what features or applications would you like to see videos for? Feel free to respond to the post or send me a message.
Hopefully this method of posting multiple videos will work - I haven't tried it before. If not, I'll follow up with another post.

Not sure if others are having the same issue but when I click on the play button I get an error message "We are unable to connect to the content you've requested. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Hmm, that's strange. They play for me. I wonder if the videos are actually stored somewhere you can't access them. I'll see if others can access them. Thanks for letting me know.

Hi Charles,
Are you using IE11? Videos work fine on my Chrome, however I get the same error you get when I use IE11.
When I tested this page on Firefox, I got prompted to activate Flash plugin. Videos played ok.
I went back to IE11 and this time the videos played properly. Flash must be causing the problem.

Well they are playing now, maybe I just needed to close my browser for an update to stick or something.
