Export meter data in hierarchy structure via CSV

I have a site that has the need to export the meter data to a third party system (Actually Schneiders' own)

Which I know I can do using ETL - but I don't want to export every meter, but I want to export the hierarchy (Or virtual meters if necessary) - so about 10 groups of meters (obviously all common engineering units).

Is this possible?

If so, can you give some pointers.
