Error in PME2022 reports

Hello,
I have a problem with some reports with a PME 2022, where when selecting them I get the error

"An unexpected error has occurred.

The request cannot be processed at this time. If the problem continues, contact the page administrator".

As can be seen in the attached image.

We already tried to create the report from scratch and still with the same error.

So, I wanted to ask if there is a solution for this error.
