Hello,
We have an EM3570X in the field, which is supposed to have LVCT as an input; however, when we go to setup options, the only option is CT Sec: R.Coil, CT Pri: 5000. We do not have 333mV or 1000mV as options for CT Sec. Based on that, it seems like we have an EM3570AX instead of an EM3570X, but the badging on the meter is EM3570X.
Can we flash the EM3570 to an X? We need the LVCT version and NOT the Rogowski Coil version.
Also, as a side note, the documentation seems to have conflicting information. Table 4.15 (top) shows METSEEM3570X as having Rogowski Coil support, while Table 4.16 (bottom) shows METSEEM3570X as having LVCT support. The product pages seem to indicate METSEEM3570X is LVCT support, and METSEEM3570AX is Rogowski Coil support.
Thanks,
Jason

Hello @jlin_dvlnet_com,
The EM3570X should display the following options:
If you are running a version lower than v114.260.325, please upgrade the meter to the latest version by following the provided instructions. This should fix the issue.
You can find the firmware file at:

Please note: After the firmware upgrade, use the HMI to reset the meter to default settings.

JD

Hey Jesus,
Please see attached for the screenshot. It certainly is an AX. We updated the firmware and it stayed an AX. Will be working with sales to get it resolved.

Did you perform the HMI RESET after the upgrade? The RESET procedure is required after the upgrade to resolve this issue.
