Do you know what the code status 0021 hex means on a PM5563 meter? The wrench is flashing on the display

The meter is showing the wrench icon flashing on the display.  the code status of the meter is 0021 hex. What exactly this code means ?

i have one PM 5563 energy meter . the wrench icon flash on display.

the error code showed is 0041 Hex. Somebody can explain what means this error?

The error code 0041Hex means:" Over running energy pulse output".

So please check the pulse rate setting of the meter. You could navigate it through front panel : maintainance->setup->I/O->LED
