Calculated Neutral PM710 turn off

The calculated Current Neutral values in our PM710 meters are too high. Which calculation is used for the neutral, is it possible to change this calculation? Turn off this calculation in the meter, is that possible?

The PM700 is an old meter at this point. Not possible to turn off this calculation nor change.
