I have received this image from one of our sites on a PM3255 meter which states "OS not present, Download required".
This note will not go away even after a power down. Not sure if is related to the end users linking to their Modbus network, but can find no information on this in the user guide.
Can anyone tell me what this is related to and what the fix is?

recommend you contact your local technical support to see if there are any options in the field or if meter needs to be replaced.
There is no point in contacting SE and raising a ticket to responded to, as they do not reply to open cases in Ireland. I have one open for over three weeks now and still no response to my case number issued (different issue).
ON this matter can you tell me what the issue is with the error on the meter is? What might be the cause for this notice?
I do not support the PM3000 series so I cannot comment on this. @Ramasamy_N do you know who might be able to answer this question?
This PM3255 meter seems to be erased the OS. Can you confirm, is it new meter? if not pls share more details how the meter OS got erased. Is the customer tired to upgrade the firmware before?
