We are replacing a PM800 with PM5330 in a 3rd party EMS system. There is difficulty to modify register mapping on that EMS system hence we're seeking a way to remapping PM5330 back to PM800 address.

Hi Abon,
By far the simplest, cost effective and easiest solution will be to remap the registers of the PM800 in the EMS.
There are devices that can act as both Master and Slave, and where you can manually map the registers in the Master to reflect the registers of the PM5330.
In the UK, Schneider used to sell a iRIO controller - iRio | Schneider Electric - which can act as both master/slave, it may still be available where you are. I'm not sure if the Modicon/ Quantum range of PLCs can do the same, I have not had the need to have a PLC act as both.
