Issue
New PCs do not come with any version of SQL installed and would have to get an instance if the user is installing I/Net version 2.42.

Environment
I/NET version 2.42 on Windows 7 PCs.
Cause
Newer PCs that are being purchased do not come with any SQL on them and in order to install 2.42, an instance needs to be installed on the PC prior to installing I/NET.
Resolution
- Go to the Microsoft Website and download the free version of SQL 2008 R2 Express Edition
- Follow the instructions on SQL 2008 Install Tips
- Install version 2.42.
