Hi,
Is there an option for a 2 pipe (cooling) and output for electric heating with a fan rundown so that element gets a chance to cool down?
Currently I only see 4 pipe TC900's, and using the "cooling" valve output to turn the heating element on/ off will not work because of there is no fan rundown to cool the element down.

Hi Nigel, we don't have this option currently in the TC900 portfolio.
