Is same true for SHD2 and SHO2 as mentioned in this article:
It would be strange if outside humidity sensor can't recover from 100% humidity.

@PiotrJakubczyk yes, the same is true, however it would be extremely unlikely that you will ever measure 100% RH since the formation of dew on the sensor will effectively cause some moisture to be removed from the air. It is also noted in the article that condensing won't damage the sensor so it will "recover from 100% humidity".
