Where can I find the modbus register map for these devices. Also, that data sheet mentions some sort of Building Application tool. Where can that be found?

@Steve the BACnet and Modbus Installation Instruction documents linked in the original post have the register mappings.
I'm not sure I understand what you are referring to with the Building Application Tool, maybe it's the device templates that are posted to the BMS Applications site. Schneider - BMS Applications (schneider-electric.com)

Thanks. I found MB-263 which had a file to import. I believe that the site you show is what the data sheet was calling the "Building Application tool".
