What sensor technology that we used for EPP301?
What type of sensors technology material that we used for EPP301?
If it's not "Ceramic Thick Film Resistor" then our technology how they are different or better than "Ceramic Thick Film Resistor"?

The sensor uses a semiconductor packaged thin film transducer. Thin film is more accurate, has a better temperature coefficient and is more stable. The sensor is made of a body, or “die,” and a thin silicon diaphragm with four piezoresistors on the surface. The piezoresistors change resistance in response to stress. They are arranged in a bridge configuration and are precisely located on the diaphragm surface to maximize the response to diaphragm deflection. This in turn maximizes the response to a pressure differential across the diaphragm
